Every single close vote was a user saying this question does not fit within the scope of this Stack Exchange site for the reason following. Stack Exchange’s policy is to close a question if five community votes are gathered, or a moderator votes to close or a user with a golden badge in the respective tag votes to close (as a duplicate only). Since every ...

While you do have 22 posts in austrian at the time of writing, 3 of them are questions, and consequently, only 19 of them are answers. So you need one additional answer.

There are so-called migration paths and not all sites have them; one of the footnotes in the FAQ about migration says this: 2 Not every site has selectable migration paths; in particular, beta sites, recently-graduated sites, and Meta Stack Exchange don't have any selectable sites (other than the site's per-site meta, if applicable, and vice versa). You are correct. This is a single special case of a question we have here. I had merged a later identical question from the same author to this one. Because no further upvoted answers were added, and no answer was accepted, the merge target presumably remained in its unanswered state.

I assume that this happened with this question (I could reproduce it). The reason for this is that translation and english-to-german both trigger the same tag warning (see this meta post). So technically you have been seeing two tag warnings for two different tags, which just happen to be identical. Unfortunately, from our point of view there is no way to ...

Meta.Stackexchange has the answer. This change is live now: If you voted to close a post, and it hasn't been edited since the time it was closed, then you won't see that post in the Reopen Queue. In fact, the last edit of the question had been before the question was closed and subsequently blessed with a reopen vote. And in the light of Hier’s screenshot, ...

The question has (just?*) appeared in the Reopen Queue, making this Q at least partially obsolete. *) Honestly didn't check earlier.

The tag engine has been completely replaced a while ago. When searching for in trockenen Tüchern on Meta, this question is returned.

Also see the same rendering as @Takkat, and it also seems that the site no longer uses Tahoma but rather Helvetica. I consider this to be a norepro at this point.
